With this beautiful warm weather its a good time to up your salad intake! I made this delicious tuna salad for lunch today - quick and easy! no cooking required.
Add a good variety of vegetables to get all those extra vitamins and minerals in the diet!
Ingredients
Baby spinach
Swiss chard
Baby gem lettuce
Avocado
Spring onion
Cherry Tomato
Feta
Cucumber
Radish
Chopped almonds
Tin of tuna in salt water
*Note - if you are making it in advance add the tuna just before eating!
