Blueberry and Banana Smoothie bowl

A delicious and healthy treat for the whole family to enjoy on a warm summer day. Packed full of nutritional goodness and quick to make.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup ice (roughly 5 cubes)
- 200ml milk of your choice
- 1 teaspoon barley grass
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao
- 1 scoop of plain pure whey protein
- 1 heaped teaspoon almond butter
- drizzle of maple syrup
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender (I used a nutri bullet)
Blend for about 1minute.
Pour into a bowl
Serve with your favourite toppings - I chose a few extra frozen blueberries and hemp hearts
