A delicious and healthy treat for the whole family to enjoy on a warm summer day. Packed full of nutritional goodness and quick to make. 

Ingredients 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup ice (roughly 5 cubes)
  • 200ml milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon barley grass
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao
  • 1 scoop of plain pure whey protein
  • 1 heaped teaspoon almond butter
  • drizzle of maple syrup 

 

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender (I used a nutri bullet)

Blend for about 1minute.

Pour into a bowl

Serve with your favourite toppings - I chose a few extra frozen blueberries and hemp hearts
