                            Weekly Tip: Overnight Oats

                    Quick and simple breakfast that you can prepare the night before.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
 - 1/2 grated apple
 - 2 tablespoons buckwheat
 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 250ml coconut milk (I use the brand Koko)
 
Method
Stir all ingredients together and leave in a covered glass bowl over night or in your Tupperware if you are rushing off in the morning.
