As the temperatures start to drop and we wave goodbye to summer this couldn't be a better time to start supplementing with Propolis. With the change in temperature along comes the common cold season. Propolis has been proven to prevent or shorten the duration of a common cold. I take Bee Health propolis with added vitamin C and Zinc for that extra boost.
