The food we eat has such an effect on our overall wellbeing. The nutrients we get from certain foods can help speed up recovery or prevent illness. It’s important to eat a variety of fruit, veg, meats (including fish) seeds and nuts each week to make sure we are nourishing our body and our immune system to the max.
The same goes if we eat an unhealthy diet. Not only will it lead to weight gain, but the lack of nutrients will lead to the development of certain illnesses.
